ここは独り身の高齢者が人口の大半を占める限界集落で、看護師が訪問ケアを行い、住民をサポートもする。今回は3名の人妻訪問看護師に密着したドキュメンタリーとなります。「患者さまを不安にさせないように業務中は何があっても冷静な対応で医療介護を行っています」言いながらプリ尻さらして問診し、即ハメでも動じない心。激ピスされながら、潮吹きながら業務を遂行する…が、しかし患者が居ないと…！究極のイキ我慢に訪問看護師はどこまで耐えられるのか。
